Hotel Henrietta - Prague

Clean and basic facilities, friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel is located adjacent to a subway station. Property was tidy. We liked everything at henrietta including rooms and staff. Do recommend this hotel.

Guest room with a double bed, good value in comparison with other options. The price is £ 28.

Great vibe, lekker brekkie to kickstart the day, and super friendly chommies at reception who were always ready to help! The tram stop was just around the corner!

A bit of a hassle during check-in, had to give personal details which felt a bit much.

Great way to end our weekend. Straightforward place to stay with great and amazing location just next door to a taxi and the centre of town. Plenty of food available in the restaurant. Comfortable and cool room, exceptionally comfortable beds, reasonably good breakfast. Friendly check-in and perfect customer service. Easy parking on site.

An affordable gem near transport

Woke up each day to a generous breakfast buffet and friendly reception staff who went out of their way to assist with travel plans and recommendations. The tram stop was just around the corner.

Almost all the stuff speaks russian. Metro and tram all are nearby and easy to get to.

There were no fruit and vegetables for breakfast. The room needed cleaning and the bedclothes to change, but neither had been done.

Breakfast is good.

The walls are thin and can hear the elevator and the noise of water flowing from the neighbors. Sheets and towels are changed once a week. For people with sensitive sleep could be a drawback.

It is close to the subway. And it felt safe to park the car on the street in front for free.

If it would have been cheaper I would not say anything, this hotel should have 1 star. It's old inside, the breakfast is nothing special. If I would have to stay there more than two nights I would not recommend it

Take advantage of the local pub recommendations for authentic Czech food. It's both delicious and a great value!

Not far from the city all easily accessible.

Very good and quiet location, 5 minutes walking to metro station. Personal was very agreeable. No parking booking needed - you can park free on the street in front of the hotel. Breakfast was adequate.

Curtain in room could be better washed.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was generous, and the staff was friendly. If you're planning to visit, definitely check out Aquacentrum Sutka and DinoPark Prague. There's great access to trams and metros nearby. Recommend it!

One annoying thing was having to provide personal details like name and DOB upon check-in.

This hotel was pretty inexpensive, but i think i could do better for the same price.

The hotel was dirty with stains on the carpet and bugs in the room b/c the window was left open and there isn't A/C. I would not stay here again and have had much cleaner hotels for the same price elsewhere.

We stayed in double room. Place in room is enough in compare with Spain. - Location is in 3-5 minutes far from metro/underground. There's very attractive beer bar near metro station, where you can taste Veprove koleno etc. + fresh beer. - WiFi and Breakfast is included to price for night stay what was 41 Euro. -Hotel lobby looks like very cozy. -There's lift. This is it from advantages. Resume As for me, price 41 euro for double room in this hotel looks fair.

Disadvantages. - Room it selves with lift and place for breakfast looks like USSR still there. - No soap and prehistoric towel in bathroom. - WiFi – works very poor in room and in breakfast place, and in lobby - moreless fine. - Cuisine on breakfast is very modest, I’d hardly call this as “Swedish Table” as it’s mentioned in profile. - I’d put 2 stars to this hotel not 3.
